About us

OSS Consulting strives to provide superior quality and professional training programs to International, Federal, State, County and local law enforcement agencies and training centers. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality programs and servies at  affordable prices. We understand the constraints placed on training budgets and personnel resources.

All of our instructors are active or retired law enforcement officers with over 100 years of combined experience, nationally recognized subject matter experts, and certified as Instructors through various state police training commissions or the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

OSS Consulting instructors have experience in both national and internationally training settings. Our instructors have provided instructional support to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, the International Law Enforcement academies in Europe, Asia and Africa. They have developed mobile training packages for the US State Department, US Department of Energy and the DefenseThreat Reduction Agency.

Each Training program has been developed by the person who is instructing it. This provides students with direct access to the subject matter experts and allows for greater classroom interaction.

Our instruction is a combination of Power Point presentation, supplemental materials and intense hands on exercises designed to test skills, challenge students and reinforce their tranining experience.
